As the cannabis wellness movement spreads like a wildfire through the country, South Africans are in for a treat! Rain Farm Private Game Reserve, cannabis guru, Kelly McQue and Yoga instructor, Candace Greeff have joined forces to bring a cannabis wellness retreat that promises to be life-affirming experience.
Cannabis allows us to release resistance and go deeper within. By combining it with mindful practices like yoga and meditation, we are able to to reach a deeper level of relaxation, to quiet the mind and allow for the insight and inspiration that often accompanies healing.
Since the South African Constitutional Court declared private use of cannabis to be a protected human right, it seems like everyone and their Aunt is using cannabis – whether they are smoking it to relax, using cannabis infused oil capsules to sleep or tinctures to manage anxiety and pain, cannabis is becoming a popular natural alternative to the toxic pharmaceutical options.
Naturally as people become more open to using cannabis, so the questions about using it correctly have increased. Is CBD and/or THC right for me? Is it safe? Is it effective? What are the options available? What relief can I expect?

Over the course of the three day retreat, she is able to answer questions, address concerns and help participants to tailor their cannabis treatments to their needs and maximize benefits.
